In addition to our regular hours, Virginia Urology staff will be in the office from 8:30 am to 5 pm each day and will be available to answer questions, schedule appointments, and handle any problems that may arise. Dr. Bilowus will return your call as soon as possible. After our normal office ours, the telephone will be answered by an Answering Service and they will contact Dr. Bilowus immediately for any emergency problems that you may have. We request that any non-emergency or routine calls be made during scheduled office hours.
